Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box before applying the shipping label.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
